He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, a master’s degree in company law with a specialization in labour law from ISCTE-IUL, and a postgraduate degree in sports law from the Autonomous University of Lisbon.

Nuno Filipe Henriques joined the firm in 2018 after working at RFF and PRA. Since his arrival, he has worked closely with founding partner Vicente Caldeira Pires, focusing on corporate and tax matters for the firm's key clients. His practice encompasses advising on acquisitions, mergers, and corporate reorganizations, both domestically and internationally, across various sectors. He also provides tax advice to national and international businesses, assisting with the structuring of investments and asset management.

Henriques earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, along with a Forensic Master’s Degree in Civil and Commercial Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, as well as an Accounting Course for Lawyers from IDEFF.

According to founding partner Vicente Caldeira Pires"These promotions are a natural reflection of the talent and dedication of these two colleagues, as well as the significant impact they have made on the growth and enhancement of our practice areas and the firm itself. They exemplify outstanding technical skills and a commitment to providing personalized, attentive service to our clients, which have been pillars of our firm since its establishment in 2014."

Félix Bernardo, managing partner, adds that ‘these progressions reflect our commitment to valuing the personal and professional qualities of our team. We want to continue to grow in a sustained manner and, whenever possible, focus on a strategy of organic growth.’
